Retroactive Kids Presents...Music for Everyone Dance, shake and play along with interactive kids songs! Musicians, Jana Vitols and Greg Ruby will play originals as well as tunes of the great Woodie Guthrie, Pete Seeger, Ella Jenkins, Laurie Berkner and Dan Zanes. Look for her upcoming series of music classes offered for parent and child beginning Nov. 5th!

They will be playing from 6:30-7:30.

Halloween Pictures during the Columbia City Trick or Treating

Local Photographer Bellen Drake is going to be offering a fun photo opportunity during Trick or Treating on Halloween: 3-5pm

1. no obligation to buy photos or make an appointment
2. have a little set up area with a sihouette of a creepy tree and some backlighting
3. kids can pose for 45 seconds in costume while parents write down email address
4. I will upload everything to a service I use (Pictage.com) and then email families to look at them there and then they have the choice to order or not.

Bring the cuties and their costumes in. You can even bribe them for candy (Retroactive Kids will have candy for them.

I wanted to show a few pics from this months art show. Amy Smith is a local photographer whose show focuses on vintage, childrens books and their text. Beautiful! A lot of people are into them.
